Information PANODU handles

PANODU processes account details, company membership information, tasks, comments, attachments, activity records, notification preferences and device information needed to provide its work-management features. Public access requests and contact enquiries are also stored so an administrator can review and respond.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide authorized workspaces, support collaboration, deliver selected notifications, protect the service and respond to enquiries. Task and company information is shown according to the user’s permissions.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers used to operate PANODU. The final provider list, processing locations and relevant contractual details must be supplied before launch.

Retention and security

Records are retained for as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations and account history. PANODU uses access controls and private file handling; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

For access, correction or deletion requests, use the PANODU contact form. Account and company records may be retained where needed for security, business records or legal obligations.
